Hey guys! If you haven't already heard, a few of our cell members will be heading down the the Philipines from the periods of 26th Nov - 3rd Dec for a Mission Trip!

This year is extra significant as it's the first year YI members who have signed up for the trip get to go for it with their cell members (whereever possible) under the same mission trip team. =)

We have 11 members going this year (enough to form a single team), and we're all very excited over the trip. But before we go, could we kindly request that you guys help pray for us? *Hint Hint*

So without further adue, here are Team Aspiration's prayer requests! (Please be warned! It's a rather lengthy list!) =P


Charissa:
1. Protection over family
2. Holy Spirit guidance in Philipines
3. No headache
4. Finish all my work before I leave the trip

Serene:
1. I will be sensitive to the Holy Spirit
2. I will be filled with the Holy Spirit
3. Family not to worry about my well being in the philipines
4. Good health
5. Cooperation, love and care between members in MT team
6. God's Will to be done in Philipines
7. MT team to be alert against Satan's attack

Jian Yi:
1. Pray that my family here in Singapore would be safe and that my family will not be in chaos
2. Pray that as we go here to share the word that the hearts of the people there would be open to God's word
3. Pray that all of us would continue to experience God and have breakthroughs on our walk with him even when it is tiring as we do all the crusades and sharing
4. Pray that God will grant us good health and that nobody will fall sick on this trip
5. Pray that the team would be united be it in doing skits or sharing and that we would impact lives there
6. Pray that we would be willing to step out of our comfort zone to share
7. Pray that God would give us a heart broken for the people there
8. Pray that the leaders would be able to lead well with God's anointing and that despite little rest God will given them the Strength to lead and serve
9. Pray that lives there would experience the greatest miracle which is salvation through or salvages lives

(Xiao) Alicia:
1. Pray that I will be more sensitive to the Holy Spirit and his Presence
2. Pray that I will continue to have faith and trust in him even if I meet any obstacles
3. Pray for ease in my parents that they will not worry about my safety
4. Pray that I will overcome all of Satan's attack with his strength
5. Pray that my heart will be opened to the people there and reach out to them
6. Pray for a passionate and paitient heart
7. Pray for initiative when help is needed

Miao Lin:
1. Sensitive to the Holy Spirit
2. Able to hear clearly from God
3. My mother to be safe and sound in Singapore as both me and my sis are going for the trip

Karen:
1. Pray against any fear and anxiety that I may have before the trip
2. Pray for boldness and courage to share when I am there
3. Pray that I will have love and compassion for the people there
4. Pray that I will rely on God physically and spiritually even when I am tired from the activities
5. Pray that I will continually prepare myself mentally and spiritually for the trip

Bing Hao:
1. A deepening of faith within me (And a greater religious fervour)
2. A renewed sense of compassion within me for the less fortunate and desolate folk in society
3. A more independent, responsible and resilient self to face the challenges in my daily life

Chong Ling:
1. The discipline to fast and pray for this trip
2. I will be sensitive to the Holy Spirit
3. I will not be fearful of the circumstances that I face throughout the trip
4. Good health

Clarice:
1. Pray that my brother wll be safe even as he is alone in Singapore
2. Pray that I will be sensitive and reply on the Holy Spirit
3. Pray that even when God speak to me, I wil not doubt him
4. Pray that I will not fall sick before and during mission trip
5. Pray that I will not fear even as I share the gospel
6. Pray that I will get myself ready even before this mission trip

Jason:
1. Pray that I will choose to be sensitive to Holy Spirit and obey the Holy Spirit
2. Pray that I will walk in the spirit
3. Pray that I will wait upon the Lord everyday
4. Pray that I will be paitient and wait for God's timing and not my timing to do his work
5. Pray that I will realise it is a spiritual war and to start to fight the war with spiritual weapons
6. Pray that I will be disciplined to fast and pray prior to the trip
7. Pray for passion, zeal and desire for God to show God's love to his people

Mu En:
1. Pray that I will have 100% faith in God on this trip. That I will put all my trust in him
2. Pray for good health and not fall sick
3. Pray for strength, physical and spiritual

Things MUST to bring!

1. 3 set of clothes (girls do bring at least 2 sets of black clothes)(in case of water activities)

2. 500ml of water bottle

3. Bathing kit (towel, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc)

4. Sandals/slippers + shoes

5. Plastic bag for dirty clothes

6. Medication if any (inhaler, etc)

7. Mini games ( Do let Davin know if u got any good card/board game so there will not be double)

8. A small harvest sack

Optional

1. Jacket

2. Small towel to dry yourselves after sweaty games.

P.s -Those who want to bring more shirt, do bring J
- Those not cycling, do bring at least $10 buck. Cyclist brings $10 more bucks.
- Pray for good weather, for safety, for fun, for bonding during the chalet.

Alright ppl.. This is the checklist of wat to bring for e chalet. u can bring more if u wan

BUT

at ur own risk. hehehe..

• 3x clothes*(3 sets min, at least 2 sets of dark coloured clothes for girls in case of unforeseen circumstances hehehe, include undergarment n stuff)

• jacket*(if u cold at night)

• 500ml bottle(during games u nd water)

YAY HURRAH! chalet is available currently.. yea currently cos if the number of ppl wif swine flu rise rise rise again den we cant go again.. so ppl pls cont to keep it in ur prayer next time haha.. n look forward to e chalet! FUN GUARANTEED!!! i hope..?

There will be a cell group chalet on the 22-24 June.
It will be really fun and exciting as it is the first chalet Aspiration will be having.

Do be excited for this chalet! I am excited. :)

I need help for this chalet. you do not need to be an expert in chalet to help:) If you are free, do volunteer yourselves :)

Location will be likely at aloha, still confirming if it is loyang or changi. anyone knows which is better, do give feedback. :)
